How do I get your data?

I receive your details when you register on the Dzam website, contact me by phone, email, or when you visit the store located in Merigar.

What kind of data do I collect?

The personal data I collect can be first name, last name, postal address, email, tax code and telephone. When you make an online purchase your information linked with the PayPal account or credit/debit card is not retained or managed by me but by PayPal, which specializes in secure transactions.

How do I use your data?

Your personal data is used only for the following purposes:

• Process and complete your order at dzam.org, then prepare the invoice and ship the package
• communicate with you in relation to the order
• to meet legal requests, for example for keeping accounts
• to send you promotional information (with your consent only): new arrivals, discounts, and promotions. You can in any idea and delete yourself from the list by following instructions in each email.

Who took over and uses your data?

Your data is used by me and can be communicated for shipment to postal services or courier to deliver your order, can be shared with the accountant.
I use the Mailchimp platform to send news and promotional emails. Please consult their privacy policies.
Your data is never sold or transferred to others except the cases described above.

Safety

I treat your personal data with respect and with complete security. Your debit/credit card information is encrypted and transmitted through Paypal’s secure system.
The remaining information you transmit to Dzam’s site is not encrypted and may not be 100% secure, you do so at your own risk. However, once I receive your personal data, I do everything I can to safeguard it. Please remember that your sole responsibility is to keep the password you have chosen for your account confidentially.
Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.

The changes, cancellation

You can access your personal data tramitte link My Account and you can manage it using Edit your Account information or Edit your addresses links. Please note that it is not possible to change the tax code, that I ask you for the first purchase and that I am required to keep it for tax returns.
If you want to delete your account altogether, please write to shop@dzam.org.
